Review and update per contracting party
For each contracting party, identity and company documents are reviewed and the information stored in the file is updated. Depending on the case, authorised representatives, controlling persons and beneficial owners must be identified, the purpose of the business relationship documented, the risk classified and the file maintained in an auditable manner.
