2. Technical use of the website

When the website is accessed, technically necessary server logs may be processed. No web analytics, marketing pixels, heatmaps or session recordings are used at launch.

3. Free checks

The full results are displayed without an email address. During normal use, the check answers and results are not stored permanently on the website. If you use the optional result email and local storage is enabled (the default setting), your name, email address, answers and result are stored in the non-public WordPress back end. These data are used to send the result, handle any follow-up questions and document the enquiry, and are deleted after twelve months by a daily automated cleanup.

4. Contact enquiries

If you use the contact form, early-access registration or AML cost calculator, we process the contact and company details, message and, where applicable, calculation and selection data that you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and continue the communication. Enquiries from the AML cost calculator are stored in the non-public WordPress back end; contact and early-access enquiries are stored there if local storage is enabled (the default setting). Stored enquiries are deleted after twelve months by a daily automated cleanup.

5. Email delivery and Brevo

One-off result emails and communications relating to enquiries are sent through the WordPress email function or the configured email service. Brevo is used only for functions involving a separate newsletter or information subscription with double opt-in. Data relating to such a subscription are retained by Brevo until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or the processing purpose ceases to apply.

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be disclosed to technical service providers where necessary for hosting, email delivery, security or operation of the website. The required contractual arrangements are concluded with processors used.

7. Data security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. Completely risk-free transmission or storage cannot be guaranteed.

8. Rights of data subjects

Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and withdraw consent that you have given. Please contact info@gwg-plattform.ch.

9. Changes

This privacy notice may be updated if functions, service providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this website at the relevant time applies.
